Minimizing the environmental impact

We place great value on reducing the environmental impact of our processes to a minimum. Nearly all of our residual materials are recycled in an effort to avoid waste wherever possible.

Furthermore, special attention is paid to reducing water and energy consumption. Extensive efforts in this area have resulted in wastewater and exhaust air emissions well below the legal limits.

By installing our highly-efficient combined heat and power plant (CHP) we were able to reduce the use of primary energy by 12-15% compared to separate electricity and heat generation.
